About the Event
The theme of the conference was about connections, and in particular connecting thought and action. The areas of social marketing and nonprofit marketing are known for the link between theory and practice, and this conference provided important insights for both academics and practitioners. Social marketing academics are often consultants on real-world social problems and work hand-in-hand with practioners, likewise, nonprofit marketers turn to academics for colloboration as they seek to address the challenges in this sector.
Delegates and speakers from a wide-range of different countries came together for the two day conference.
