In June 2023 Iceberg Events managed the Aerial Application Association of Australia Convention and played a pivotal role in orchestrating a successful and well-rounded event that provided value, education and engagement for delegates, exhibitors and sponsors.
The convention brought together professionals from various aviation and agricultural fields, including pilots, operators, regulators and suppliers.
The convention had an educational focus, with members able to attend Pilot Training and Seminars essential for ongoing professional development. Multiple sponsors and exhibitors showcased their brands and products and offered valuable networking opportunities, during the trade show and at the social functions. This contributed to a positive and engaging atmosphere.
Iceberg Events managed various aspects of the convention. This included handling registration, audiovisual requirements, venue, accommodation, social functions, speaker coordination, and sponsor management. While Iceberg Events took care of many organisational aspects, the program outline, sponsor procurement and speaker acquisition were managed by AAAA, suggesting a collaborative effort in shaping such a successful event.
